Louise Carder, BSc Nutr. Med., PgDip, is a registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Louise Carder Nutrition & Health in Lincoln, UK, where she specializes in functional medicine for complex immune and chronic conditions triggered by biotoxin exposure, such as mold and Lyme disease. A 2010 graduate of the University of West London with postgraduate diplomas in Nutritional Therapy and a former Director of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), Louise became the first practitioner in Europe certified in the Shoemaker Protocol in 2018, pioneering CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) care through naturopathic adaptations of the protocol.
