Rebecca Hart, ANP-BC, IFMCP, is a compassionate Adult Nurse Practitioner and founder of Faith, Hope & Wellness in Pooler, Georgia, where she restores patients' faith in healing through functional medicine's holistic, root-cause approach to chronic and autoimmune conditions.
